Class will cover cooking sugar, coloring and flavoring, pulling, creation of a rose, leaves and bow, and proper storage of pieces. 3 hour Hands On session - Friday

What You'll Need :
apron (if desired), 10" foil-covered cardboard circle and 10" box for finished piece.
Teacher will provide sugar, Isomalt, warming boxes and other equipment for student use.
