FR117 - Sugar II: Further Steps with Pulled and Blown Sugar

Led by Keith Ryder

Class will cover more pulling techniques including multicolor ribbons and additional flowers. The blowing tube will be introduced, and basic blown shapes will be addressed. Prerequisite: Sugar I (or equivalent experience).

3 hour Hands On session - Friday   2:30 PM-5:30 PM

What You'll Need :

apron (if desired), 10" foil-covered cardboard circle and 10" box for finished piece. Teacher will provide sugar, Isomalt, warming boxes and other equipment for student use.
