SA119 - Sugar III: Branching Out with Blown Sugar

Class will continue where Sugar II leaves off. Moving beyond basic shapes, students will create a variety of fruits and assemble a small fruit basket display. Prerequisite: Sugar II (or equivalent experience). 3 hour Hands On session - Saturday

What You'll Need :
apron (if desired), 12" foil-covered cardboard circle and 12" box for finished piece. Teacher will provide sugar, Isomalt, warming boxes and other equipment for student use.
