SU107 - Sugar IV: Marine-Themed Show Piece

Led by Keith Ryder

Create a show piece using pulled, blown, cast, rock, and bubble sugar. Students will create fish, shells, seaweed and coral and combine them into a stunning work of art. Prerequisite: Sugar II (or equivalent experience).

3 hour Hands On session - Sunday   8:30 AM-11:30 AM

Cost: $70.00

What You'll Need :

apron (if desired), 12" foil-covered cardboard circle or cake drum and 12" box for finished piece. Teacher will provide sugar, Isomalt, warming boxes and other equipment for student use.
