FL ICES is a state chapter of ICES, the International Cake Exploration Societe, an international non-profit organization, working together to make people aware of cake decorating and the confectionary arts. Our memberships includes a varied assortment of "sugar artists" ranging from the hobbyist and home baker to professional cake decorators, caterers, and exhibitors.

Our purpose is to help spread the SHARING and CARING of cake decorating and confectionary arts within our state and throughout the world.

AS A MEMBER OF ICES, you will be a part of a great group of Cake Decorators and Confectionary Sugar Artists from around the world.

An ICES membership gives you access to all of this:

  • LOCAL SHARING EVENTS for all members throughout the State of Florida
  • NEWSLETTERS - receive a Florida ICES newsletter once each quarter and an ICES Newsletter 11 times each year
  • NETWORKING with other people -- men, woman and children who share your love of sugar.
  • SCHOLARSHIPS for all eligible members

To find out more about joining ICES, go to www.ices.org

Check out the EVENTS page to find out what special sugar events are going on in our state!
